Christmas Cut Out Cookies
Ingredients
· 1 cup butter, softened
· 1 cup white sugar
· 2 eggs
· 1 tsp vanilla
· 3 ¾ cup flour
· 2 tsp baking powder
· ¼ cup heavy whipping cream
Instructions
1. Cream butter and sugar. Stir in eggs and vanilla.
2. Sift together flour and baking powder, stir into creamed mixture alternately with heavy cream.
3. Cover dough and chill for 2 – 3 hours.
4. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease cookie sheets.
5. Roll dough to 1/3 inch thick. Cut.
6. Bake 12 – 14 minutes.
