Christmas Cookie Weekend Recipe - Hershey Kiss Cookies (aka Peanut Butter Blossoms)

Hershey Kiss Cookies
Ingredients
· 2/3 cup Crisco
· ½ cup peanut butter
· 1 cup brown sugar
· 1 egg
· 2 Tbsp milk
· 1 tsp vanilla
· 1 ½ cup flour
· 1 tsp baking soda
· ½ tsp salt
· Hershey kisses (1 – 2 bags)
Instructions
1. Heat oven to 325°F
2. Combine ingredients
3. Shape dough into 1 inch balls, roll in sugar.
4. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
5. Bake at 325° or 350° for 10 – 12 minutes or until golden brown.
6. Immediately top each cookie with Hershey Kiss.
