Feast of Ideas Music Class Hall of Fame

In the first quarter of our Feast of Ideas Music Class, we have been working on creating what we hear using stones and popsicle sticks. The students spent the past 6 weeks singing the song, learning solfege hand motions, stomping and clapping rhythms, observing the teacher’s creation of the Sticks & Stones song, copying the teacher, and then creating their own.

Every student who was able to independently create the tune and rhythm of our song got their picture for the Hall of Fame.
